Did your employee twisted the extremities or body, causing strain and sprain?
The majority of acute strain and sprain are self-limited and have a good prognosis but some of the cases of severe sprain and strain can cause fractures, tendon, or ligament tear.
- Secure the body part to have no or minimal motion.
- Apply icepack for 15-20 minutes
- Send the patient to our clinic. If the worker can’t drive, send him with someone.
- Call us to be prepared for your employee’s arrival and send us your authorization for the treatment.
